Character box modelling is probably one of my last favourite activities especially if we are not doing our own design but rather trying to replicate someone else's work my attempts at the Minotaur monsters are below although i may need to improve upon them further in future.
not too happy with the topology in either model i feel i will need to try and improve my box modelling considerably

this final one was a attemt a bringing in a mubox model into max and using that to form my human but it proved to be more complex that i initially thought this is what i have so far
