as I havent properly produced any animations in 2 years I guess I should re-name my blog suggestions are welcome

Scroll Design

A nice simple photoshop version of the drawing I did a while back i tried to practise with the 'lighten' layer function on photoshop in order to achieve the highlights.

my drawing for a sci-fi 'space marine' character i changed the brief slightly and made him a guy in a mech suit but you can see he is in there so he definately isnt a robot or anything...

if i where to improve upon this this character design i would try and show his human side a bit more maybe be giving him legs and removing the 'tank like' feel of the design

Update

2 Photoshop drawing that are re-edits of past drawn work the 'party cannon' is a gun that i drew at the start of the year which i tried to develop with all the computer skills i have learnt by adding highlights and shade

the other design is a fantasy creature I created which I have named a Ghetorix because it sounds like some kind of dinosaur and this design has a very prehistoric feel about it.

Boys in the Woods (Sans boys)

a quick 90min sketch designed to test us in lighting techniques i feel had i of worked faster and been able to complete it i could have made it really special however as it stands it is a nice forest scene with a varying layer of depth.

Easter Update

here is a bunny rabbit design I worked on recently. I made a quick change to him in a later update that has his feet pointing at a more natural angle at the moment they appear to break at the base of the leg.
